Common Name3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-{[5,7,8-trihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-oxo-4H-chromen-6-yl]oxy}oxane-2-carboxylic acid
Description3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-{[5,7,8-trihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-oxo-4h-chromen-6-yl]oxy}oxane-2-carboxylic acid is a predicted metabolite generated by BioTransformer¹ that is produced by the metabolism of 5,6,7,8-tetrahydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4h-chromen-4-one. It is generated by UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 1-1 (P22309) enzyme via an aromatic-OH-glucuronidation reaction. This aromatic-OH-glucuronidation occurs in humans.
