Description7-(Tert-Butyl)-3-(2,5-difluorophenyl)-6-((1-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)methoxy)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazine belongs to the class of organic compounds known as phenyl-1,2,4-triazoles. These are organic compounds containing a 1,2,4-triazole substituted by a phenyl group. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 7-(Tert-Butyl)-3-(2,5-difluorophenyl)-6-((1-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)methoxy)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazine. This compound has been identified in human blood as reported by (PMID: 31557052 ). 7-(tert-butyl)-3-(2,5-difluorophenyl)-6-((1-methyl-1h-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)methoxy)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazine is not a naturally occurring metabolite and is only found in those individuals exposed to this compound or its derivatives. Technically 7-(Tert-Butyl)-3-(2,5-difluorophenyl)-6-((1-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-yl)methoxy)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazine is part of the human exposome. The exposome can be defined as the collection of all the exposures of an individual in a lifetime and how those exposures relate to health. An individual's exposure begins before birth and includes insults from environmental and occupational sources.
